- Curbside freight to the lower 48 states only. Homes get a liftgate and a delivery appointment; no inside delivery. Remote or rural addresses can carry an extra carrier fee, which we confirm with you before the order is placed.

- Check it when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 24 hours.

- Return within 30 days of delivery, unopened and unused. A 25% restocking fee applies and you pay the return freight. Changed your mind? Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
Notes for hosts
- Guests
- A rinse between sauna rounds without walking back through the house in a wet towel. The robe hooks are inside, so guests can hang their things.
- Space and plumbing
- Allow a 53" circle on a level base, with hot and cold supply lines and somewhere for the water to go. Have a plumber connect it, and check local rules on outdoor drainage.
- Warranty
- The SaunaLife warranty we link is written for its saunas, for residential use, and is void after "commercial use". Ask us before you order and we'll check how it applies to the shower at a rental.
- Upkeep
- Use the supplied paraffin oil on the wood, lift the mat to rinse the floor channels, and drain the lines before a hard freeze.

Plan as not covered
SaunaLife doesn't say what counts as commercial use. A sauna rented to paying guests may count, and commercial use voids the warranty, so plan as if a rental sauna isn't covered.

Stay Sauna Co., a trading name of ZEN STUDIOS LTD (a UK company, no. 14934092), run from Manchester by Donald Okonkwo. You pay us, we confirm the details with you, and your order is shipped by our US distributor or the manufacturer's US warehouse. See About.
What do I pay on top of the price?
Freight, where the product page shows a freight charge, and sales tax where it applies, which checkout shows before you pay. Some remote or rural addresses carry an extra delivery fee from the carrier. We quote it before we place the order, and if you'd rather not pay it, you can cancel for a full refund. Installation, electrical work and the base are yours to arrange.
