- Curbside freight to the lower 48 states only. Homes get a liftgate and a delivery appointment; no inside delivery. Remote or rural addresses can carry an extra carrier fee, which we confirm with you before the order is placed.

- Check it when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 24 hours.

Notes for hosts
- Guests
- Four on one long bench, all facing out through the glass. If the view is good, that glass wall is the listing photo.
- Space and power
- Allow a 90.9" x 63" footprint on a level base. Both DROP packages that fit it need 240V single phase on a 30 amp breaker. The kit ships at 1,600 lbs to the curb.
- Warranty
- SaunaLife's covers residential use and is void after "commercial use", which it doesn't define. It doesn't mention rentals, so plan as if a rental sauna isn't covered unless SaunaLife confirms otherwise in writing.
- Upkeep
- Keep both floor drains clear, air it out after each stay, and use the supplied paraffin oil to keep the wood in condition.

1 year commercial cover
Under HUUM's own definition, a business or a private host using the heater for paying guests is commercial use: plan on the 1-year commercial cover.
“For the purposes of this warranty, a "Commercial use" is defined as either (i) a registered business entity using the product for commercial purposes or (ii) a private user, using the product for commercial purposes or (iii) a private user, using the product for more than 1500 hours during a 12-month period.”
Cover: 3 years for private use, 1 year for commercial use (heaters and controls).

What do I pay on top of the price?
Freight, where the product page shows a freight charge, and sales tax where it applies, which checkout shows before you pay. Some remote or rural addresses carry an extra delivery fee from the carrier. We quote it before we place the order, and if you'd rather not pay it, you can cancel for a full refund. Installation, electrical work and the base are yours to arrange.
