- Curbside freight to the lower 48 states only. Homes get a liftgate and a delivery appointment; no inside delivery. Remote or rural addresses can carry an extra carrier fee, which we confirm with you before the order is placed.
- Ships
- Ships within 5 business days of order confirmation (some models take longer; we confirm the date by email).
- On arrival
- Check it when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 24 hours.
- Returns
- Return within 30 days of delivery, unopened and unused. A 25% restocking fee applies and you pay the return freight. Changed your mind? Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
Notes for hosts
- Guests
- With UKU Wi-Fi you can start the heat from your phone before check-in and switch it off after checkout, so the sauna is warm when they arrive.
- Fits
- SaunaLife Cube CL3G (we confirm sizing first), CL4G and CL5G, Ergo E6, EE6G and EE8G, and Garden GL4 and GL6. Your electrician runs a 240V single-phase circuit on a 30 amp breaker.
- Warranty
- HUUM gives 3 years for private use and 1 year for commercial use, and counts "a private user, using the product for commercial purposes" as commercial. Plan on the 1-year term at a rental. Heating elements are excluded.
- Upkeep
- Check the stones and the space around the heater at each turnover. HUUM's warranty excludes heating elements, so ask us about spares.

What do I pay on top of the price?
Freight, where the product page shows a freight charge, and sales tax where it applies, which checkout shows before you pay. Some remote or rural addresses carry an extra delivery fee from the carrier. We quote it before we place the order, and if you'd rather not pay it, you can cancel for a full refund. Installation, electrical work and the base are yours to arrange.
