- Curbside freight to the lower 48 states only. Homes get a liftgate and a delivery appointment; no inside delivery. Remote or rural addresses can carry an extra carrier fee, which we confirm with you before the order is placed.

Notes for hosts
- Guests
- A classic barrel shape that reads as a sauna at a glance in a listing photo. Leave the sandglass in place so guests can time a round.
- Space and power
- It needs 240V / 40 amp for the stove and 120V / 15 amp for the lighting control; Golden Designs says to consult a certified electrician. Allow 84" x 91" on a level base.
- Warranty
- Golden Designs gives 5 years on the wood structure, control panel and lights, and the stove has its maker's warranty. It doesn't apply after "full commercial use", which isn't defined, and rentals aren't mentioned. Ask us before you rely on it at a rental.
- Upkeep
- Golden Designs says no cleaning agents inside: wipe the benches and walls down with a cloth and water only.
- Rest hour
- Every Golden Designs manual says: “For every four hours ON, the sauna must be turned OFF for one hour to cool down.” The cleaner's checklist in the Host Launch Pack passes it on.

Golden Designs' warranty page excludes "full commercial use" without defining it. The Arlberg, Vorarlberg and Gargellen manuals give 1 year for commercial use; on the Klosters and Kaarina, plan as if a rental might not be covered.

Non-consumer periods
Harvia lists separate periods for non-consumer use. A rental heater is likely to fall there: 2 years on electric heaters and controls, 6 months on heating elements.
“The Warranty Period for any Product shall expire immediately if the primary intended use of the Product changes during the Warranty Period from family use to non-consumer, or vice versa.”
Cover: Family use: heaters and controls 2 years (+1 year if an electric heater is registered). Commercial use: heaters and controls 2 years, heating elements 6 months.

What do I pay on top of the price?
Freight, where the product page shows a freight charge, and sales tax where it applies, which checkout shows before you pay. Some remote or rural addresses carry an extra delivery fee from the carrier. We quote it before we place the order, and if you'd rather not pay it, you can cancel for a full refund. Installation, electrical work and the base are yours to arrange.

Can I return it?
