Notes for hosts
- Guests
- The stones take water on the sides or the top, so the guest card can say where to pour for gentle or strong steam.
- Space and power
- Check your room is between 141 and 294 cu ft and that a licensed electrician confirms the 240V circuit for a 6 kW heater. Allow for its 40" height and the clearances in Harvia's manual.
- Warranty
- Harvia gives commercial use 2 years on electric heaters (heating elements 6 months). The warranty period ends immediately if the main use changes from family to commercial, so settle which applies before you install.
- Upkeep
- Re-stack the stones now and then and replace any that crack. The listing suggests buying an extra box so you can choose stones that fit well.

Non-consumer periods
Harvia lists separate periods for non-consumer use. A rental heater is likely to fall there: 2 years on electric heaters and controls, 6 months on heating elements.
